How to Apply

Renaissance is a small school with a maximum enrollment of 96, however, class sizes are at the same teacher/student ratio as in other district middle schools.

Choice School Application window for 2024-25 will open November 1, 2023

Enrollment Policy

Renaissance is a Choice School open to any student in the Lake Washington School District. Students are chosen through an application and lottery process. Check out the Middle School Options brochure for more information.

Applications assist us in getting to know prospective students, rather than being a vehicle for excluding applicants.

Where: RSAR @ 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM - (tour of RSAR afterwards)

 

Choice School application timeline for 2023-24

***Please note we are ONLY accepting ONE application per student***

  • November 1, 2023 – Online application opens at 9:00 a.m.
  • December 1, 2023 – Online application due by 11:59 p.m.
  • January 5, 2024 – Lottery held at district
  • January 12, 2024 – Notification to families
  • January 26, 2024 – Acceptance deadline
