Honor Society

We are pleased to announce the creation of an honor society at Renaissance Middle School.

The National Junior Honor Society is composed of students enrolled at Renaissance School of Arts and Reasoning who have demonstrated the characteristics of excellent scholarship (with a 3.5 grade average or above), character, citizenship, service, and leadership.

Nominees receive applications in March if students have maintained a 3.5 semester grade average or above, and the selection process continues forward from there.

Honor Society members participate in various service activities throughout the school year. Many of these community service projects are incorporated into our school activities, such as our annual food drive, Free the Children, and creation of hygiene packets for people facing homelessness.

The Honor society advisor is TBD.
